Job Overview

Looking for a Senior Embedded SW Engineer to join our Embedded SW team. Our team is responsible for the design, development and maintenance cycle of our Software Development Kit accompanying our multi-processor systems on chip. The candidate should have a solid background in Embedded SW development preferably with a good background in wireless protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development and design of our Software Development Kit (SDK).

• Assist on the quality of our SW and IC product by developing tests

• Collaborate and provide feedback to our architects

• Analyze complex system issues

• Support marketing and customer support activities as a technical advisor

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 8 years in Embedded Software Development

• Education: postgraduate degree or above in software and computer engineering, microelectronics, and other related majors

• Language: Proficient in English, both verbal and written

• Skills: C/C++ programming for micro-controllers with and without an OS, driver development for uC peripherals (UART, SPI, ADC, Timers), knowledgeable about SW development tools & processes (compilers, debuggers, version control, code reviews, CI, SW testing, issue tracking)

• Highly Desirable: RISC-V experience, Bluetooth Low Energy, proficient using test equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.), understanding and debugging HW (layout, schematics), unit testing, Python scripting

• Nice to have: Good communication skills and team spirit
